Description
This is mechanical flyover which is designed and rendered under fusion 360, this is the assembly used for the future concept which is used to control traffic for the metropolitan cities where the lifestyle is very busy. This is the mechanical based movement flyover. The layout shown here is for highway of 10 KM, the flyover is 2.5 km from the distance of each other.
This flyover consist of the mechanical sleeper which is mechanically control unit, this is used to carry 6 car at a single time. The overall dimension of the flyover mover is 10m x 4m, this is electricity based third party rail generation movement system. for the driver there is a lift provided for the driver to move up and down from the flyover setup.
There is also a rollers which is used for the movement of the capsule which will run as same as the rail run on the track as there is a small gap provided on the roller wheel base for the wiring which is used for the electricity usage for some other task on the highways.
The hinges on the half lower part of the capsule is for the support of the lower part of the capsule and the upper part wheel balance of the capsule.
In fusion 360, it take me about 3 days to complete and 35 min approximately for the rendering which several attributes.
