Description
This Olsryd 9 Cylinder engine is a quarter scale model of the Wright J-5 Whirlwind engine that powered Lindberg’s Spirit of St. Louis. The model was made by Casey Rogers, Carlos Oyuela-Mora, and Daniele Grandi from drawings that can be found here: http://www.olsryd.com/

Still waiting for response regarding the "prescience" of ballbearings and any if at all renovation even in the following of this model's "original" engineering blueprints and to my "earn" way of thinking, retrofitting potential innovations, whether in kind or in "Spirit"!
