Hello
on your homepage i can download the STL Files from the Version 9. Is this 3D modell actuell? or i have to take the the data for tinkercad?
and where can i download the files for Fusion? in your ohter designs is there a button "Downlaod" but here ist nothing. Do you have allowed Fusion to share the files ?
beste regards
Hi Sergey Morozov there is some problem with the platform i had it open and now is not even showing the 3D preview, happens to you?
Hello is there a way to download Fusion 360 source files for Otto DIY? I was planning to modify some of the parts but can't seem to find a way to import project into Fusion (maybe I'm missing a way how to get .F3D files) Thanks.
Hi Bergie
No worries thanks for checking, there are constants changes to the design, I believe the latest version is much easier to get in and out the boards and other details improvements, but to models like the SCAD version i don't know how to update, it was made by a member of the community, i wish we could make for example this Fusion 360 model customizable, so other people can just change some of the dimensions and adjust to their needs.
Hope to see you in the community soon!
Best
Hi.
Thanks for making me question myself. I looked carefully at the file again and ripped the robot apart, and I can see some marked differences in the design from what I have printed. Now it seems like I may have printed the wrong file, although it was the very Fusion 360 file I choose and not the Thingiverse SCAD version... I don't have the original STL/GCODE anymore - so I am starting to get the feeling I know exactly why my robot is so blooming difficult to work with. Because it is extremely hard getting the Nano in and virtually impossible to get it out again, I never checked back with the actual Fusion file. And I can already see why your slot for the USB will probably not jam the Nano in...
Darn, looks like it was my bad. Apologies - no need to change your description.
Hi Bergie
That is very strange this is the source file is use for Otto DIY+
if issue persist post here please https://wikifactory.com/+OttoDIY/otto-diy-plus
Hi. You obviously put in lots of hard work and thank you so much for it. However I printed this file, while parts came in in drips. I quickly realised the description is wrong. This is only the Ott DIY and not teh plus model as far as I can tell. I am unable to fit bluetooth, touch, sound or LED matrix in this box. I can hardly close the box with just the Otto DIY parts in. Please update part description or replace with the correct version. Thank you
A good job!
