Description

Every time I do a project a good friend of mine asks me to create a P47. I started and gave up on this project three times. I just could not grasp the sculpting function in Fusion. Last week I figured I give it one last try and work the body form and wings until I got it right. To say I struggled is an understatement.

I'm really happy with the final result. I hope the viewers are as well. As always comments and criticisms as always welcome.

APRIL 6TH. Posting new pictures. I've reworked the graphics and based on Dominique's viable comments about the propellers I've reworked them. I used a Curtiss Electric, cuffed, hollow steel blades for reference because that's what I found on the majority of P47s. I've also added the recesses for the landing gear and done some work under the hood. The engine isn't totally accurate but it was fun to add the additional details.
