Thanks a lot!
Amazing work !!
Thanks a lot, I truly appreciate your input. Just not sure if I'll still get back to this project, but if you check out more recent projects you'll notice I did put in LED lighting.
Beautiful rendering. If I were to make one suggestion, which is really more of a design commentary - you can get such efficient recessed LED fixtures these days that I would think you could replace all of your large circular recessed lights with ones that are very small and would allow for more focus on the ceiling geometry and less on all of the circular lights.
Thanks!
gREAT
Thanks a lot!
wow design
Thanks a lot!
nice designe
Thanks!
nice
Thanks a lot! Wish I had the extra time to give classes.
Ok Sam, when are you going to teach a class!? Seriously sign me up, this is awesome.
I don't remember clearly what I did on this particular project as it was done quit a while back. But I believe this affect was achieved using the adjust exposure tool after if was rendered with hiking up the highlight slider and lowering the exposure value.
Yes everything was done in Revit.
Thanks a lot!
very nice!
Thanks a lot Frank, I really appreciate it!
Wow impressive designs you have
The table is a typical round table I think it's directly from Revit library. The table cloth I downloaded from Revitcity.com and modified it a little to fit. It still isn't perfect I turned all tables to be at an angle where you only see the nicer side of tablecloth.
can you pleas send the family table to me ?
Thanks a lot!
Thiết kế của bạn thật đẹp chúc bạn thành công .
Yes!

Stunning , Nice work
Wau!!
Really sharp!!!
Thanks a lot!
very good work keep it up
Thanks a lot! About rotating the centerpieces I designed it almost two years ago I don't think I'll still come back to this project.
Lighting is fantastic! I would rotate some of the centerpieces in various directions so they don't look so "cut and paste".
Thanks so much!
Spectacular !
Thanks so much for your feedback I really appreciate it!
This is absolutely perfect, I've been working on a ballroom and really needed all the tips you provided. Thank you soooo much!!
Thanks a lot, I really appreciate it!

Thanks a lot, thanks for the tip, I actually tried a couple of times to download 3D max models but I couldn't get it to work.
do u know that u can use 3D max models in revit i think that will help u alot
very good work keep it up
Thanks a lot!
GOD ...This is beautiful..
Thanks! I actually played around a bit till I got this affect. If you look well you'll notice that some lights still don't render the right way. Basically make sure your lighting is set to the right angle, I also like adding some more wattage than the standard. The best way to learn is playing around a few times till you get the desired affect. also always make sure your setting by the renderings dialogue are set to lighting artificial on, or else you won't get the lights on in the render. Good luck!
This is amazing! how did you get the lighting to render so nicely?
Thanks a lot!
Love the detail..
Hi Alexis, I downloaded one from Revitcity not sure what it was called. I added another layer of arms to the top and inside, then changed around the material to crystal and bronze, fixed up the lighting affect and this is the results.
Hi, where you found the chandelier?
Thanks I really appreciate it!
Really nice work!
Thanks, it's possible the reason you aren't getting the same effect by rendering in Revit itself might be because the settings in the render dialogue aren't set correctly. click the render button on the bottom ribbon or in the view tab, in the render dialog set the quality to be at least at "high", by lighting make sure it's set to "interior: sun and artificial". hopefully that should solve the problem. after the rendering is done if you aren't satisfied with the coloring you could always adjust the exposure.
Please let me know if this solved the issue.
Thanks Sam, amazing tip! but its seems like we get this nice effect only in the cloud rendering but in revit renderings this material will illuminate only it self
Once your sweep is created and you picked the profile you want click the check then in the properties pallet you'll have an option to select a material, so click into the material browser button, then on the lower left hand corner there's three buttons the third one is an asset browser there type in to the search box "light", scroll down to find a light that says "light-on". Click on it you'll have an arrow to load into your material browser once you have it you could play around with it a bit.
Hope this was helpful. Good luck!
What means? Select the category to be light-on is this a option in revit? Where?
Thanks!
Very good design, I like the light reflection on wall!
Hi Freddy, sorry it took some time for the response the way I did it was with model in place, sweep- make it the shape you want it to be, then make a round or square profile, select the category to be light-on, then play around with light color.
I like this design how do you do the blue lights on ceiling?
Can you tell me how to create a profile family ceiling like this.

Thanks so much Jonas for your constant support of my work I really appreciate it!
Excellent work and very nice views and very good camera framing congratulations My friend Sam Lang!! =)
Thanks a lot for comments, if you're asking how long I'm working with Revit the answer would be approximately 15 months, if you're asking about this particular project I would say initially it took a few days, but then I kept coming back to refine and adjust here and there.
this is gorgeous, how long have you've been doing this?

Thanks, I don't remember for sure but as far as I remember I downloaded it from revitcity.
WOW!!!
Hi Abiseth Haridoss, sorry about the late response I was a little busy to check here. I'm not sure how to upload a video demonstrating how it was done but I could try to explain it here First I just made basic walls putting in height I wanted then I made three ceilings each with it's unique shape then I did the lighting and played around a little till I got the desired brightness and reflectivity, then I added trim work to walls & ceiling I think I downloaded it from "Revit City". The floor is just a basic wood floor, then the coloring of walls and mouldings, and the furniture and table settings I think everything is from Revit City. It wasn't as hard as it seems just play around and you could do it too!
Nice work!
can you upload video ,abt this rendering like how u did it
Looks beyond 3D
